All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Cove Creation are custom‑made and personalized for each customer. Because each item is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Personalized & Custom Items

Our products are designed based on your selected names, colors, artwork, and customization details. For this reason, personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Customer Responsibility for Order Details

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review all customization details, including:

Name spellings
Design selections
Color choices
Uploaded artwork

Cove Creation is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.

If Cove Creation Makes an Error

While returns are not accepted, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a mistake that is the fault of Cove Creation, we will work with you to correct the issue. To qualify for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.
