Order Processing Time

All items from Cove Creation are custom‑made and require production time before shipping. Typical processing times are:

3–7 business days for most custom apparel and embroidery
3–5 business days for UV DTF decals and printed items

Processing time may vary during holidays, sales, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note:

Shipping times are in addition to processing times
Carrier delays are outside of Cove Creation’s control
We do not guarantee delivery dates

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Cove Creation is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
Lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cove Creation is no longer responsible for the package. For lost or stolen packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

If Cove Creation Makes an Error

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error made by Cove Creation, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
